All data is collected solely to provide you with personalized training programs and track your athletic progress.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored using Apple’s Core Data framework and remains exclusively on your device. If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your data may be synced to your personal iCloud account for backup and synchronization across your devices.

Your iCloud data is encrypted and protected by Apple’s security measures. Only you can access this information through your Apple ID.

We have no servers collecting your information. Your privacy is maintained by keeping everything local to your device.

• Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Delete All Data to permanently remove all your information from the app • Deleting the app from your device will also remove all locally stored data • If you have iCloud sync enabled, you may need to delete data from iCloud separately through your device settings
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Children’s Privacy
Our app is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
